Lil Rev was born and resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His frequent travels find him teaching and touring all over the United States. Author of several instructional books for Hal Leonard Publishing, he presents clinics and tours internationally as a performer of time honored classics including: Ukulele Music, Old-Time Blues, Tin Pan Alley, American Folk, Jewish & Yiddish Folksongs, and Original Songs. The Macomb Ukulele Festival June 8, 2013! Sponsored by Ukulele Macomb the festival will include a variety of activities for ukulele players and fans alike. A feature of the festival will be workshops to introduce the ukulele to folks completely new to the instrument as well as intermediate, and advanced workshops for players to learn advanced techniques and picking styles. Professional and local players will perform in public venues around the Court House Square throughout the festival as well as leading the various workshops.
